Load Carriage System

STEDTHANE® 60, a 1000 denier polyester PU coated fabric, is used for items in the Load Carriage System such as Rucksacks, Field Packs, IPE bags, and Tactical Assault Vests, meeting DND Specification DSSPM 2-2-80-211. This highly durable and robust barrier can withstand extreme pressure and tension in rigorous applications.

STEDTHANE® 70, a 500-denier polyester PU-coated fabric, is used for the Fragmentation Vest, which meets specification DSSPM 2-2-80-210. This lightweight yet strong product has excellent breaking strength and overall flexibility.

STEDTHANE® 80 was developed in a Winter Operation (WO) CADPAT printed PU-coated fabric for use in Toboggan and Snowshoe Covers. Our urethane coated products are formulated and developed for specific applications and created exclusively for value added products to military applications. Stedfast also offers custom coating for specialized applications upon request, providing reassurance about the adaptability of our products to unique needs.
